How to purchase lingerie.

Each of our products is illustrated with a photograph. You may choose any number of colors per style in a variety of sizes. Color samples are provided for each style.

After filling out the quantity/color/size you need to click once for each item.  
You can see the contents of your cart anytime by clicking...

When you see the cart contents you will be given the option of deleting an item or change quantities.
You will also have an opportunity to check out at that time.
If you choose to continue to shop use this button and you will be returned to the previous page.
Should you need to alter your input, this button will clear the form contents for that page. This button is located adjacent to each product.
A variety of modifications use a checkbox to add one of the options to your selection, just click it with your mouse to choose that option.
Question: I keep adding the same product to the cart even though I don't want to, how do I control that?
When returning to the previous page from the cart list, it's easiest to use the 'Clear form' button for that product before ordering an additional item from that page.
Question: When checking out I get an error message, what gives? I know my card is 'good'.
This can happen for several reasons. We only accept Visa & Mastercard. The software requires you to input your credit card number without spaces or hyphens.

It may be that your card balance is not current or this purchase will go over your limit. Perhaps you're using a ATM type credit card that does not allow this type of internet purchase. Then again, sometimes the bank has it's own reasons. Phone orders are accepted at 212-239-8101.
Question: How are my purchases shipped?
All items are packed individually in resealable plastic bags. All packages are shipped by the United States Postal Service in plain white envelopes First Class for 2 or less items or Priority Mail for 3+. PO Boxes are fine as well. We can also ship Express Mail, FedEx or UPS should you require.

We use the discreet return address of RLM, 32 W 31 #3, New York, NY 10001. This also the name used on your credit card statement. Overseas shipments are sent as under valued gifts with a receipt sent separately in a regular envelope from Satique, 32 W 31 #3, New York , NY 10001, USA
Question: Why does checkout sometimes seem to take such a long time?
Sometimes the net is slow, for a variety of reasons. Another reason is that the server is communicating with CyberCash to authorize your purchase which includes checking with Visa & Mastercard computers, while encrypted to protect your privacy.
Question: Does Satique have access to my credit card number?
No. Your credit card number is transmitted encrypted to the processors directly. We do not have access to this information. We can however do returns/credits should that be required.
Question: Does Satique provide information about me to anyone?
No. Satique is a firm believer in privacy and discretion and we never provide any information about our clients to anyone.
