Returns Policy

We will issue a refund, excluding any shipping and handling fees, for all unused, undamaged and/or defective products returned within 30 days of purchase. All products must be returned in its original packaging (whenever possible) and with all accessories to ensure a full credit. For items just being returned there will be a 10% restocking fee per item.

Your card will only be affected if there is a balance due/owed. Any balance due/owed will be billed/refunded in the original form of payment. If the order was paid using multiple methods, we will refund to each form of payment used. You can expect to receive credit for returned merchandise within one complete billing cycle of your credit card statement upon completion of returns processing.

To exchange an order, please contact us and reference your original order number for the product you are returning. We will issue you a return label via email in which we will bill your card for the return shipping charge. You will be notified of this amount when you receive the shipping label. Satique will reimburse shipping charges only on items declared defective (up to $6.00) Satique will NOT reimburse shipping charges for an exchange for wrong size. Make sure you thoroughly research, check, double check, and ask plenty of questions to make sure that you are ordering the correct fit.

If returning or exchanging an item, clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags. If you plan to return your clothing please keep it clean. Returned items smelling of smoke, containing pet and/or human hair, or being deemed by Satique as previously worn or tampered with will not be accepted. Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10 business days.
